ZA Contracting is a family-owned business founded by Dr. Pirmoz, a licensed professional engineer, and Mrs. Zarrin Azar who has a bachelor’s degree in urban design engineering. Dr. Pirmoz holds a PhD degree in structural engineering and has nearly two decades of experience in structural engineering and building construction.

Why us:
We believe that the construction of a project that is managed and inspected by an experienced structural engineer would be more reliable, as the engineer would have a better understanding of the construction documents and critical design factors. The principal of the company, Dr. Pirmoz, has more than twenty years of experience in the structural engineering and construction of a wide spectrum of projects. Taking advantageous of these experiences, building safer yet cost-effective projects is our goal.
