Design-Build

Design and construction of a project are two critically interconnected phases that ultimately complete the project. Most of the past catastrophic incidents during the construction were due to lack of integrity between the design and construction phases, a poor communication process, a vague understanding of the design intend or design presumptions that were different from the existing conditions. A design-build bid reduces, if not completely eliminates, these potential sources of failure.
